Budget Planner Privacy Policy

1 What information will the Budget Planner collect about me? 

Other than the financial details you enter into the Budget Planner, the only other personal information required is your email address. This minimises the risk to you that in the unlikely event your data is stolen it can be traced back to you.

2 How will the Budget Planner use this information? 

The information you submit to the Budget Planner will be used solely for the purpose of assisting you to plan and monitor your finances.

3 Will the Budget Planner contact me? 

If you chose to receive emails from us when you signed up we may contact you to let you know of any changes to our service or to provide you with information which we think may be useful to you (this may include material from third parties).

4 Will the Budget Planner share my personal information? 

Under no circumstances will we share your information with any other organisations unless disclosure is required or permitted by law.

5 How long will the Budget Planner keep my information for? 

We will hold your information on our database for as long as is necessary to provide you with a useful, quality service. After a period of inactivity of over 12 months, we may, at our discretion remove your account and personal information. You may request that your information and account are deleted at any time. You can do this by emailing delete@budget-planner.co.uk from your registered email address.

6 Can I find out what personal information the Budget Planner holds about me? 

You have the right under the Data Protection Act to request a copy of the information the Budget Planner holds about you. You can do this by writing to us and supplying us with two original pieces of approved photographic ID (i.e passport, driving licence) together with payment for our fee of £10.00 to:
